Brave New Barrel Fest is an invitational festival celebrating the art of barrel-aging beer that benefits a great cause.
Showcasing some of the finest barrel aged, sour, and wild ales the craft brewing industry has to offer, Brave New Barrel Fest is held annually during American Craft Beer Week at The Bay, an indoor, non-profit skate park in Lincoln, Nebraska. The 2018 event is set for May 19, 2018. The festival began with a passion to enhance the appreciation of uniquely aged and fermented ales in the heart of the Midwest. Last year, Brave New Barrel Fest hosted world class beers, short lines, killer music, local vendors, and 100% of the proceeds going to charity. For 2018, we’ve set our sights higher. More breweries and amazing beer, more artisan food and craft vendors, and more funds raised for Rabble Mill, a local non-profit organization working to support Skate for Change and Hear NE.
